Deposit and payment policy:

• Jasmine Thai Day Spa request a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. Please note that 50% deposit is required 24 hours before your appointment. If the deposit has not been received in time, we will notify you that the booking is not confirmed therefore it is cancelled.
• Payment policy: We accept cash, card, EFT and vouchers. All payments made via EFT has to be reflected before the treatment commences.

 

Cancellations:

• 24 hours or more notice: Full refund
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund
• No-show: No refund

 

Reschedules:

• No penalty for rescheduling with 24 hours notice
• Reschedule fee applies for late changes

Late arrivals and “No Shows”

• Late arrival: Please note that we will try our best to accommodate you the best we can if you are running late however out of respect for the other client’s time we cannot guarantee the full duration of your treatment. We will do what we can in the time allowed.
• Customers who do not show up to their appointment without prior arrangements to reschedule will forfeit their deposit, incase of a voucher or complimentary services 100% of the value will be forfeited.

Bookings

• Booking in advance is advised to avoid disappointment, however we will try our best to accommodate last minute bookings if we have availability at the time of your request.
• We take bookings through email, whatsapp communication and telecommunication. However, certain busy time we are not able respond promptly therefore we encourage you to give us a direct call to verify if your booking has been confirmed.
• Please note that the therapists are on a rolling que and therefore we cannot guarantee their availability at a specific time. However if you would like to request a therapist, we will try our best to allocate them.
• Cancellation must be made at least 12 hour’s before original appointment time.

Other general Terms and Conditions

• Jasmine Thai Day Spa will not be held responsible for any loss, damages or injury to person or car however caused. Please take good care of your personal belonging’s.
• Jasmine Thai Day Spa has the right of admission and therefore has the right to deny service to any person
• Your satisfaction is our highest priority, if you are not satisfied within the first 10-15 minutes of your massage please notify our therapist immediately and we will make an adjustment to ensure you have a pleasant experience.
• It is the client’s responsibility to inform the front desk or therapist if you have any illnesses, allergies, operations or any health conditions.
• Please note that we accept prenatal bookings from 16 weeks pregnant. Please inform us if you are pregnant as we use baby safe products for the treatment.
• We do not tolerate any sexual advances, comments or innuendoes. If there is such behavior the treatment will end and you will be fully charged for.

Rooms 

• At Jasmine Thai Day Spa we have single rooms, couple rooms and rooms that can accommodate 3 people.

Service 

• Stronger treatments such as Thai oil, Sports massage or any treatments that require more strength may cause pain and inflammation from the manipulation of the muscles and the pressure that is applied doing so. Therefore there may be some soreness that should subside within 2-5 days depending on your body’s healing time.
• Please notify the therapist or receptionist if you are unsatisfied with your treatment or therapist within the first 15 minutes after the treatment has commence – we will allocate another therapist or adjust

  what we can for you to feel comfortable and happy.

• We DO NOT accept any sexual comments, innuendo’s or special request in this topic. If you proceed to do so, you will be fully charged for your treatment and be asked to leave immediately.
