As per our Terms and Conditions:

Deposit and payment policy:

• Jasmine Thai Day Spa request a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. Please note that 50% deposit is required 24 hours before your appointment. If the deposit has not been received in time, we will notify you that the booking is not confirmed therefore it is cancelled.
• Payment policy: We accept cash, card, EFT and vouchers. All payments made via EFT has to be reflected before the treatment commences.

Cancellations:

• 24 hours or more notice: Full refund
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund
• No-show: No refund

Reschedules:

• No penalty for rescheduling with 24 hours notice
• Reschedule fee applies for late changes
